A school's financial history isn't something to be careful with. It's something that cannot be lost.
- Every record is scoped to your school. There is no path from one school’s data to another’s.
- Financial and attendance records are never deleted. A student who leaves is marked inactive; their invoices and register stay exactly as they were.

What does it cost?
Free for a school of up to 100 students. Above that, one flat monthly price set by how many students you hold — from Rs 1,200 to Rs 6,000 a month. Above 2,000 students, or for a group of campuses, we quote you directly.
How long does setup take?
A single campus under 1,000 students is usually running the same week. We do the class and fee setup on the call; students import from the spreadsheet you already keep.
Do we need to buy computers?
No. The office works on any computer with a browser. Teachers use their own phones.
Can we move our existing student data in?
Yes. Send us the spreadsheet you keep now and we import it, including guardians and outstanding balances.
Who can see teacher salaries?
Only the owner. Admins cannot see a salary figure anywhere in the system, including in exports and reports.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Each parent gets a link that opens in their phone’s browser. It shows their child only, is verified by date of birth, and the school can revoke it at any time.
Is our data shared with other schools?
No. Every record carries your school’s ID and every request is checked against it. There is no cross-school view, for anyone.
What happens if we stop using ParhaiPro?
Your data is yours. Students, fees, attendance and results export to spreadsheet, and receipts and report cards are already PDFs.
