A month of invoices in one action
Set the fee for each class once, and a month of invoices is generated in a single action. Record a payment and the receipt is produced, numbered and ready to hand over.
A receipt, numbered by the system
Today, without it
The figure a parent is told is not always the figure in the book.
Fees are worked out by hand, written in a ledger, and copied onto a receipt. Three chances to be wrong, and the parent standing at the counter has no way to check. Arrears drift for months before anyone notices.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself.
- STEP 1
Set the structure once
A fee per class, per month. Discounts sit on the student, not in someone’s memory.
- STEP 2
Generate the month
One action produces every invoice. Run it twice and nothing duplicates.
- STEP 3
Record what was paid
Full or partial. The balance is worked out for you, and the receipt is numbered by the system.
- STEP 4
Approve wallet transfers
A parent sends money by JazzCash or EasyPaisa and uploads the proof. Your office approves it against the invoice.
What it removes
Four jobs that stop existing.
- Writing out a month of fee vouchers by hand
- Two clerks issuing the same receipt number
- Adding up arrears at the counter while a parent waits
- A merchant account and a per-transaction cut
Who touches it
And what each of them sees.
- Owner
- The collection figure, live, and every unpaid invoice.
- Admin
- Records payments, prints receipts, approves transfers.
- Parent
- What is due, what was paid, and the receipt.
Next
These two sit right beside it.
The questions a head actually asks
Who has not paid, and for how long. Where attendance is slipping. How each section did in the last exam. Whether enrolment is going up or down. Each one is a screen, not a request to the office.
ReportsA link, not another account to forget
Parents get a link rather than another account to forget. It opens to their child only, verified by date of birth, and the school can revoke it at any time.
